Use of Cino Toolkit

Cino Toolkit provides reusable AI-assisted workflows. Outputs can contain mistakes, omissions, or outdated information. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.

No professional advice

Cino Toolkit does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice. A workflow may help organise or review information, but it does not replace an appropriately qualified professional where one is required.

Acceptable use

Users must not use Cino Toolkit to bypass access controls, infringe third-party rights, misrepresent inaccessible evidence as reviewed, distribute malicious content, or perform unauthorised actions in external systems.

Third-party services

Cino Toolkit is designed for use within OpenAI products. Availability, model behaviour, connected capabilities, and service continuity can depend on OpenAI or other third-party services that are outside the publisher's control.

No service-level guarantee

The public bundle is provided without a dedicated publisher-operated backend or service-level guarantee. The publisher may update, suspend, or discontinue the public plugin.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for decisions and actions taken on the basis of plugin outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's jurisdiction.
